I am feeling pretty good right now because I am done. I am done with my finals in school, and I am done with my Christmas shopping. ( I want to do more Christmas shopping, actually, but I am out of money, so that means I am done!) I have never been one to get super stressed out at Christmas time because I think it is kind of silly. I just do the things that I think are the most fun, and leave out the rest. This year, however, has been a little tricky with juggling school plus all the demands of family life at Christmas time. Now the stress seems to be less with school over, and I have thoroughly enjoyed a evening of guilt-free laziness. I bought myself a couple pairs of lounge pants, got some books from the library, and I am ready for some R and R. So if you are one of those super stressed out people right now, (Believe me there are some out there-they were all out shopping today-they all have that desparate look on their faces), here's what I recommned:
1) YOGA PANTS. I love yoga pants, but I hate yoga. Yoga pants are the most comfortable thing in the whole world.
2) Rosamunde Pilcher's "Shell Seekers." Great author-anything by her is good.
3) Build a fire- There is something about a wood burning fireplace that is so relaxing.
So there you have it! RELAX!
Here are some pictures I took this week.

(top) Lyndi is bundled up in our super cold weather. (bottom) See? Who said that Holiday baking was stressful. Those cookies that are already made and you just place them on the cookie sheet and BAM! they are done, make the kids just as excited as the regular sugar cookies which ARE stressful! That's what we did for FHE on Monday and it was wildly popular.

Now do you understand why my blog is called "falcondrivebedheads"?

Don't you just love that feeling? (not the being out of money part, but the done part) I too love yoga pants. Where do you find nice ones (the kind that don't shrink after the first wash or have pockets that add to my already added on to thighs!) I love all your pictures and after the explanation of why you named your blog the way you did, I think I have a few of your beheads here. Come and get them anytime! And while you are here, stay for a while(:
How fun Monica to just enjoy the Christmas season now. We are so proud of you for the A's you earned in your classes. I'm pretty impressed.
Hope to see you on Christmas Day.
Love,
Mom
That reminds me, I need to wash my yoga pants. I have been wearing pj pants but they are not nearly as comfy!
