Lawren is so funny. She has a doll that we bought her for Christmas, but I guess she doesn't really like it. Instead of playing with that she plays with a stuffed Kermit the frog that sings (isn't that charming?) and a stuffed spiderman. She carries them around and treats them like her "babies". During General Conference today she would rock Kermit and then look down smiling at him and "whisper" in his "ear" (Do frogs have ears?) She even put a blanket over him and patted his back just like Moms do with their babies. It is so cute. She also likes to sit them on the bottom stair and "yell" at them in some nondiscript language. (I guess that means I should yell less). She drags them with her everywhere. Who says the mothering instinct isn't an inborn trait? Even Spidey and Kermi need a mom I suppose, and Lawren has stepped up to that challenge.
